How do I place an order? +
Browse products, select flavour and size, click Add to Cart, then checkout. Pay via UPI, Card, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery.
What payment methods do you accept? +
UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
Yes, before dispatch. Email info@musclereload.com or call +91 8275237248 as soon as possible after placing the order.
Is it safe to pay online? +
Yes. All payments are processed via Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.
How do I apply a coupon code? +
Enter your code in the Coupon Code field on the Cart or Checkout page and click Apply.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be delivered? +
Metro cities: 2-4 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 4-6 days. Remote areas: 5-8 days. Processing takes 1-2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! Free shipping on orders above Rs.999. Orders below Rs.999 have a flat Rs.60 shipping charge.
How do I track my order? +
You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS after dispatch. You can also use our Track Order page.
Do you ship across all of India? +
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
7-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
How do I initiate a return? +
Email info@musclereload.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason, and photos of the issue.
When will I receive my refund? +
Within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, credited to your original payment method.
Can I get a replacement instead of a refund? +
Absolutely. Just mention it in your return request and we will arrange a replacement.

Are Muscle Reload products safe? +
Yes. All products are manufactured in an FSSAI-approved, GMP-certified facility and lab-tested for purity.
Are your supplements suitable for beginners? +
Yes. We have products for all fitness levels. Check each product page for dosage and usage guidance.
Can women use your products? +
Absolutely. Most products are unisex. We also have a dedicated range under our Wellness category.
Do your products contain banned substances? +
No. All products are tested and free from WADA/NADA prohibited substances.
