These terms apply to all visitors and customers of www.musclereload.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Remote areas may take longer. Tracking details are shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Products must be unused, in original packaging. Opened/used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or under 18. Results may vary. Always follow recommended dosage instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product images, descriptions, and branding is the property of Muscle Reload Nutrition. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Muscle Reload Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website beyond the purchase value of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
