We stand behind every product we sell. If something is wrong, we will make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective or tampered
- The product is expired at time of delivery
Non-returnable items: Opened/used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective. Sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@musclereload.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/video of the issue
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- Do not ship the product back without our confirmation
Refund Process
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — please provide account details when raising a return request.
Replacement Option
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch the correct/replacement product as soon as we receive the returned item (or for cases where no return is needed).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us or calling +91 8275237248. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery.
